Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
When adding items to the cart it will automatically work out shipping options.
Small items up to 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail.
Larger items such as rods, tripods, bivvies etc are sent by courier with an option for 24 or 48 hour delivery. Tracking details are emailed after the goods have been dispatched. Timed and saturday deliveries are available at extra cost, please email for details sales@euroangling.co.uk
Goods are dispatched monday to friday with no collections at weekends or bank holidays.
Courier orders received before 1.30pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail orders received before 4pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
All delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to any inconsistency, bad weather or other unavoidable problem with the carriers or the Royal Mail.
All next day and large parcels will require a signature on delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
1st class parcels should in theory be, and in many cases are, delivered the following working day. At times it can take slightly longer and we regret that we cannot take any action with regards to delayed 1st class parcels until 14 days after despatch
International orders are generally sent by air and delivered in 7 to 10 days depending on destination
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will either be emailed, or notified with the remainder of the order in the case of part orders, with the option to cancel your part order if you would rather not wait.
Bait
All bait, fresh and frozen, is sent on a next day before midday service to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition. Due to it's perishable nature returns are not accepted and it is the customers responsibility to ensure there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
